Whilst this position is a very hands-on, practical role, it is hugely important to us that you be mindful of and conscientious to individual needs and backgrounds. As part of our regional team, you will play a vital role in engaging with, supporting, and improving the quality of lives for our residents. Working in collaboration and unison with our Estates Managers and the wider maintenance team you will be responsible for ensuring that high standards are continually met with regards to compliance and maintenance in and around the home environments. This will include but is not limited to; building repairs, basic plumbing, decorating, joinery, space management, and contractor liaison. Electrical experience would be advantageous; however, training can be provided.

The role is based across our Northeast region, which stretches from Stockton to Northumberland, so travel will be required daily.
